Scaling AI across your organization surfaces two problems quickly: your team isn't producing consistent outputs, and your knowledge bases are harder to manage than they should be.
We built this release to solve both.
Standardize How Your Organization Uses AI
Your firm has a preferred way of doing things. A format for executive summaries. A voice for proposals. A methodology for analysis. Until now, getting your AI to follow those standards meant training each user individually... and hoping it stuck.
Not anymore.

Organization-wide agent skills lets administrators create reusable instruction sets and assign those to roles. Agent skills are a bit like standard operating procedures for your AI, ensuring the AI follows your organization's standards every time, in every conversation, automation, and workflow
Define it once. Your entire team benefits automatically.

Organization-Wide Tool Management gives administrators control over how built-in tools behave across the platform. Set any tool to Always Approve, Always Ask, or Always Deny. Blocked tools disappear from user interfaces entirely. Allowed tools can still be customized by individual users. Your administrators set the baseline; your team works within it.
Together, these features mean your organization speaks with one voice with consistent quality, predictable behavior, and no manual enforcement required.
Build and Maintain Knowledge Bases Without the Friction

The knowledge bases that power your agents, workflows, and assistants are only as good as the systems that manage them. Previously, setting up a single index meant navigating between multiple Settings pages. This increased configuration errors, slowed deployments, and made it challenging to see where documents lived and instructions a metadata for those documents.
So we rebuilt index management from the ground up.
Everything administrators need to create, configure, populate, schedule, test, and assign a Search Index (Knowledge Base) now lives in one place. A guided 7-step wizard walks through the entire setup process, ensuring no steps are missed. A new cross-index Documents view displays every document across every authorized index in a single screen — searchable and filterable by filename, tag, or index.

The biggest change: administrators can now create a new index directly from within the Agent Builder, Orchestration canvas, or Workflow Builder. The new index is automatically selected upon creation. You never have to leave your builder to set up your knowledge base.
Faster setup. Fewer errors. Complete visibility into your organization's document landscape.
The Bottom Line
Your AI platform should reflect how your organization works, not the other way around. These updates give administrators the tools to enforce standards, manage knowledge, and scale AI adoption with confidence.
